Reminder: Student Seminar, Saturday March 12th – Must Register All Students Attending By Wednesday at Noon

When: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, Saturday, March 12th
Where: Corboy Law Center, Loyola University Water Tower Campus, 25 E. Pearson (near Red Line Chicago stop on CTA), Room 105 (note new room number)
Who: Coaches should register the names of CONFIRMED students who plan to attend with David by e-mail by Wednesday, March 9th at noon. We will cancel the seminar if we don’t have a sufficient number of registered students as of Wednesday.
What: How to Beat the RCC and Win at the Chicago Debate Championship.
Aaron Davis – Morgan Park alum, CDL debate legend and assistant coach for Northside College Prep – will give Varsity and JV students strategies and techniques they can use to begin preparing to succeed against debaters of any conference, including the RCC. Coaches and students have asked how they can better compete with the RCC schools – if your students are serious about doing well against the top teams in the City or even frustrated about the outcomes of their debates against higher-level Conferences so far this year, this is the most important Student Seminar of the year. LCC coaches and coaches of ambitious debaters in Conference “A” and “AA” should share this information with their students and get them signed up. Aaron’s one of our most energetic young debate coaches and students love working with him.
