Review of Coaches Council Meeting

The CDL Coaches Council meets once per quarter (Jul – Sept, Oct – Dec, Jan – Mar, Apr – Jun). We met for the third time this year last Wednesday, March 9th.

For immediate relevance, the Coaches Council determined that the first two rounds at the 2011 Chicago Debate Championship would be randomly matched, with Round II the only round at the event that will preclude two teams from the same Conference from debating against each other. Last year, this restriction applied to the first two rounds.
