Hyde Park – UC Woodlawn Scrimmage Results

On Tuesday night, Hyde Park Academy and University of Chicago Charter School – Woodlawn held an afterschool 2-round scrimmage at Woodlawn featuring five teams from each school. Hyde Park was the winning team at this scrimmage (see results packet for more details) and took home one last trophy for the display case from the 2010-2011 season. Afterschool scrimmages from schools located near each other can be a great way to gain practice debating outside your own squad and can be a great way to form camaraderie and share debate knowledge and techniques with another school and their coaches.
