Current Professional Development Reporting Notebook

The 2011/12 Professional Development Reporting Notebook will be updated here on a weekly basis through the season.

We will be giving Allstate Professional Development Incentives ($100) again this year for coaches who undertake 10 hours of professional development per semester — so, one incentive for the fall semester, one for the spring semester.  The standard for external coaches (regular, “official” coaches for a school at which they don’t teach) is 5 hours per semester.

Note that this season we are providing Allstate Incentives to “veteran” CDL coaches (those coaches with 6 or more years of coaching experience in the CDL) — and these coaches can lead tournament meetings and other PD sessions this season, to everyone’s benefit.
