Updated CMSDL Format

Following the discussion at Saturday’s professional development training at Loyola, coaches agreed that in order to facilitate more line-by-line debate and not have debaters feel overwhelmed in speeches like the 1AR, that we would extend rebuttals to 3.5 minutes each from last year’s 3 minutes. We’ll re-evaluate the results after the season and seek further coach feedback, but the idea is to improve the quality and depth of rebuttal speeches.
