A reminder that Allstate is providing an Allstate Professional Development Incentive for meeting the first-semester standard of 10 hours for regular coaches and 5 hours for external coaches, and another incentive for meeting the full-year standard of 20 hours (10 hours for external coaches). This standard is described in more detail in the CDL Professional Development System.
