IHSA has made available the final ballot for high school coaches to choose between the final two topics proposed for the 2012 – 2013 school year: Immigrant Rights and Transportation Infrastructure. High school coaches should vote using the IHSA 2012 – 2013 Topic Ballot, which is mailed to the address on the bottom of the form or faxed to IHSA.
For more information, please take a look at summaries of these two topic options.
Do NOT send back to David, Les or the CDC, votes must be received by IHSA by December 15th to be counted. Each high school gets one vote – you should decide based on your own individual opinion, or by vote of your students – and your input certainly matters a great deal since the CDL has the vast majority of the policy debate teams in the state of Illinois (55 of the 62 high schools that do policy debate in the state).
