2017 Summer Coach Training Courses
Fundamentals of Debate Coaching (and Introduction to the 2017-18 Debate Topic)
Who: All coaches from brand-new coaches to veteran coaches
What: A 2-week workshop that will give coaches a strong foundation in their role as coaches in the Chicago Debate League, including familiarity with the 2017-2018 education reform topic and the Core Files.
When: Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm (with free lunch), July 24th – August 4th
Where: Whitney Young Magnet High School, 211 S. Laflin, Chicago
